Website content describes general capabilities and recurring-service starting prices. It is not a binding proposal, guarantee of availability, or substitute for a signed project or monitoring agreement.

Pricing

Published monthly prices exclude equipment, installation, wiring, permits, taxes, travel, after-hours work, repairs, replacement parts, and property-specific requirements unless expressly included in writing. Prices and plan features may change before a signed agreement.

Monitoring agreement terms

References to 12 or 60 months describe monitoring agreement terms, not installation durations. Activation, renewal, cancellation, liability, equipment ownership, and central-station terms are governed by the signed customer agreement.

Compatibility and third-party services

Remote support, monitoring, video, networking, and automation features depend on compatible equipment, internet and utility availability, third-party platforms, customer authorization, and service coverage. NewDay Tech does not control third-party service availability.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false requests, interfere with service, or use site content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights.
